Each patient will have a deposit that will go towards, copay, co-insurance and/or deductible and is collected at the time of service.

Unfortunately, federal regulations and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services do not allow us to participate with or accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare in our ER.

Premier ER & Urgent Care is currently out of network with BCBS, Cigna, Scott and White Health Plan and UHC for ER level services. We will bill these insurance plans at in-network rates until the updated agreements are completed. Our patients should not expect any additional costs or delay in billing during this time.
